Well the 36th Iditarod is over and also Fur Rondy. With the end of these winter fun events is a sure sign of spring and that leaves Alaskans with the fever.
A fever that can’t be explained, grabbing you and causing you to arrive at certain spots at 4am. Oddly enough you can barley get out of bed at 6am for work, yet this fever has remarkable powers and well actually it can be easily explained just misunderstood. FISHING FEVER!
That’s it, fishing fever.
In Alaska the need to fish seems to catch all ages and genders. A fish on the line is a feeling of a certain power to achieve what you set out for, and show everyone that you caught a fish, cause you know if you don’t your buddies won’t let you down.
